Studio Policies

  • NO loitering in the hallways or building space outside of studio unit. Your booking entitles you to the use of our unit only.

    Please treat our neighbours with respect should you come into contact with them.

    Please keep the music and noise at a respectable volume. Complaints from neighbours due to excessively loud music or noise will result in a minimum fine of $100

    Unauthorized access to off-limit rooms will incur a minimum fine of $100+HST.

    The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time.

  • Full refund will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

    Full amount will be refunded as studio credit for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to check-in. Studio credits will expire within 3 months of original booking date.

    An additional fee of 50% of original payment will be charged for reschedules within 7 days to check-in.

    No refund or reschedule will be offered for cancellations within 48 hours prior to check-in.

  • Your booking starts at the time you booked. No extra time is allotted for late arrivals. Please give yourself time to load-in and out.

  • Overtime fees are billed at $60 + hst per 15 minutes.

    Unapproved overtime will result in an additional fine of $300

  • NO alcohol (special request for permission), smoking, recreational drugs are allowed in the studio. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500+HST. No glitter/sparkles/confetti, or anything of a similar nature are allowed in the studio. The shower is NOT to be used for any reason.

  • Full payment is required when you schedule a booking – this ensures your booked time slot is reserved.

  • Put all furniture and props back to where you found them before leaving. Put garbage in the garbage can(s) in the space and wash any dishes you used. A cleaning fee of $50+HST will be automatically charged if any of these terms are not followed.

    Please remove your shoes if you need to step on the furniture. ndoor shoes or shoe covers should be worn in the studio.

  • There are security cameras within the studio (apart from the bathroom). No security footage is stored locally.

  • Accidents happen but please try your best to be gentle with the items in the studio. If you or anyone in your party cause any form of damage to property (including but not limited to, breaking, staining, and ripping), your card on file will be charged for the repair or full replacement of the item at the discretion of the owner. Photos of the damage will be provided.

  • We encourage you to move furniture in the space to make it your own. Please lift all furniture and do no push or drag the furniture. This can damage the floors, decor, walls and the furniture itself. Ensure you have assistance on set to help move the furniture and do not store any items from the studio outside of the unit. Any damage to furniture or floors is subject to a minimum fine of $400+HST

  • Pets are allowed during your booking. It’s mandatory that you add the Pet Fee to your booking. Failure to do so will result in a $50+HST cleaning fee.

  • We will make an attempt to return any forgotten items but ultimately, we are not responsible for any loss or damages to items left in the studio.
