Submit a booking request here. This will create a request.

We'll follow up within 24 hours to confirm or revise your booking.

Please make sure to provide accurate information when submitting your booking request. If inaccurate information is provided, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. A 20% admin fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not arrive before your scheduled time. Your booking time ends when you fully exit the studio, so please account for time required to set up and/or clean up when booking. Overtime fees will apply.

The studio is typically booked back-to-back, so please call or text if you need extra time on the day of your booking. We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee the availability of extra time.

Overtime fees are billed at $50+HST for every 15 minutes and $120+HST per hour if you go over 30 minutes.

Event overtime fees are billed at the same hourly rate as original booking.

Full refund will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

Full amount will be refunded as studio credit for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to check-in. Studio credits will expire within 3 months of original booking date.

An additional fee of 50% of original payment will be charged for reschedules within 7 days to check-in.

No refund or reschedule will be offered for cancellations within 48 hours prior to check-in.

Access:

Unauthorized access to off-limit rooms will incur a minimum fine of $100+HST. No loitering in the hallways or building space outside of studio unit. Your booking entitles you to the use of our unit only.

Security:

There are security cameras within the studio (apart from the bathroom).

Pets:

Pets are allowed during your booking. It’s mandatory that you add the Pet Fee to your booking. Failure to do so will result in a $50+HST cleaning fee.

Exclusions:

no alcohol (special request for permission), smoking, recreational drugs are allowed in the studio. Violation of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500+HST. No glitter/sparkles/confetti, or anything of a similar nature are allowed in the studio. The shower is NOT to be used for any reason.

Furniture/Set Up:

We encourage you to move furniture in the space to make it your own. Please lift all furniture and do no push or drag the furniture. This can damage the floors, decor, walls and the furniture itself. Ensure you have assistance on set to help move the furniture and do not store any items from the studio outside of the unit. Any damage to furniture or floors is subject to a minimum fine of $400+HST. Any damage to studio equipment or props will incur a fine to cover cost of the damage. The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time.

Cleanliness:

Put all furniture and props back to where you found them before leaving. Put garbage in the garbage can(s) in the space and wash any dishes you used. A cleaning fee of $50+HST will be automatically charged if any of these terms are not followed.

Lost Items:

We will make an attempt to return any forgotten items but ultimately, we are not responsible for any loss or damages to items left in the studio.
